On the ground floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable single box-spring beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find the bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a filter coffee maker, among other things. This floor also includes a separate toilet and a third bedroom with two single box-spring beds.
The house has central heating and free Wi-Fi. The decorative stove is for decorative purposes only and is not in use.
The park is small-scale and offers tranquility, personalized attention, and a friendly atmosphere. Children can enjoy the playground or the farm animals. Ruinerwold is one of the villages in municipality De Wolden. The municipality offers plenty of peace and space in a typical Drenthe landscape, interspersed with woods, heathland, stream valleys and small-scale villages. There are no fewer than three national parks in the vicinity: Dwingelderveld, Drents-Friese Wold and National Park Weerribben-Wieden, where you can make excellent cycling and walking trips. From Ruinerwold, many different excursions are possible: you can sail a boat in Giethoorn, visit megalithic tombs in Havelte or go on an adventure with the children at the Drentse Koe farm. A day of shopping? In the cosy towns of Steenwijk, Hoogeveen or Meppel, you are in the right place.
