Luxury 6 person vacation home next to a vineyard in Ruinerwold, Drenthe

Enjoy comfort, space, and views: this modern holiday home for six people offers it all. Situated on a small holiday park in a quiet, rural setting, the house has been cleverly designed with the living area on the upper floor, allowing you to fully enjoy the unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside.

On the ground floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable single box-spring beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find the bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a filter coffee maker, among other things. This floor also includes a separate toilet and a third bedroom with two single box-spring beds.

The house has central heating and free Wi-Fi. The decorative stove is for decorative purposes only and is not in use.

The park is small-scale and offers tranquility, personalized attention, and a friendly atmosphere. Children can enjoy the playground or the farm animals. There's also a unique wine and herb experience on site. Nearby are three national parks and the water-rich Giethoorn, perfect for walks, bike rides, and day trips.

  • Use of 10m3 gas is included, more consumption will be charged and can be paid in cash on departure.
  • This property has 2 parking spaces. We kindly ask you to drive as ecologically as possible. An additional car costs EUR 2 per day per car.
  • In the period 19 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, this property can only be booked per week from Saturday to Saturday. If you book in this period with different changeover days, the date will be manually adjusted on your invoice from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Day guests are welcome. A maximum of four people are allowed per flat (surcharge: EUR 2 per person).

Ruinerwold, Drenthe

Ruinerwold is one of the villages in municipality De Wolden. The municipality offers plenty of peace and space in a typical Drenthe landscape, interspersed with woods, heathland, stream valleys and small-scale villages. There are no fewer than three national parks in the vicinity: Dwingelderveld, Drents-Friese Wold and National Park Weerribben-Wieden, where you can make excellent cycling and walking trips. From Ruinerwold, many different excursions are possible: you can sail a boat in Giethoorn, visit megalithic tombs in Havelte or go on an adventure with the children at the Drentse Koe farm. A day of shopping? In the cosy towns of Steenwijk, Hoogeveen or Meppel, you are in the right place.
