Fantastically located 4-person chalet in a park in Drenthe

This beautiful four-person chalet is located on the outskirts of the village of Schoonloo in the National Stream and Esdorps Landscape Drentse Aa. Our terrain lies in the National Park Drentsche Aa. This ancient nature reserve is the best preserved esdorpen landscape of Western Europe and is characterised by brooks, heaths, fens, extensive forests, sand lakes and beaches. It is a very nice place to recreate! Take a cycling or walking tour through the countryside, visit one of the cosy villages or enjoy a day at the water's edge at one of the lakes. It is a beautiful nature area with vast forests, heath landscapes and tourist villages with many cycling and walking routes. You can relax on your covered veranda and you have a view of the farmlands and the forest edge. And when you enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun on your covered veranda, you might even see a couple of deer walking around. They can be seen regularly in the evening twilight! At 300 metres walking distance you will find a quiet swimming pool in the middle of the forest. From our site you can walk straight into the forest and onto the heath with many cycling and walking routes. For the children there are swings, a tumbling frame, table tennis, volleyball and football field, go-karts, various scooters and more. There is also an animal pasture on the premises where the goats, shetlanders, chickens and rabbits live. There is also a cosy covered campfire place (a fee is charged for the wood) which can be used.

Fully furnished living room with TV and a kitchen with a dishwasher, four-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and a kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Possibility to place an extra tent next to the lodges (for the kids) Bathroom with a shower and a sink, a separate toilet. Covered porch. Shed to store bicycles. There is a hot tub on the premises which can be reserved on the spot (this is based on availability).
