Next to Goes and on Lake Veere you will find Wemeldinge. Goes, also called the shopping heart of Zeeland, is very close by and here you will find many shopping opportunities located in and around the historic city center. Goes also has several galleries and the Historisch Museum de Bevelanden is not to be missed. Wemeldinge itself is hugely popular with water sports enthusiasts (read: many water sports opportunities). In addition, from Wemeldinge Middelburg and Veere are also nice towns to visit and the beach on the west coast of Walcheren is a little further away: Vlissingen, Zoutelande, Westkapelle and Domburg are all recommended with insanely beautiful.

The fact that the houses were somewhat older was evident from the description. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The grout in the shower was deteriorating, the carpet in the living room was riddled with stains and certainly hadn't been cleaned in years. Overall, everything, including the floors, was only superficially cleaned. A clear investment.

The cottage was spacious. The bedrooms were also fine. Only the garden could use some updating. There were large thistles in the garden, not very child-friendly. The patio was overgrown with weeds. The cottage was on a large plot. The park was clean and spacious. We received a friendly welcome.
