Welcome to this luxury 6-person water villa on the Holiday Park IJsselmeer, located in the watery town of Medemblik. This holiday home has a decking at the water's edge. The holiday park itself is situated opposite the IJsselmeer and in the town of Medemblik. This town is a tourist attraction with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The house is located in the unique West Frisian landscape and offers numerous opportunities for recreation. Are you a real nature lover and do you like walking and cycling? Then this is the place to be. And avid water sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here: swimming, sailing or kite surfing: it's all possible here! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading town dating back to the VOC era. Definitely fun to spend a day! If you return to the park at the end of the day, you can take a dive in the heated indoor swimming pool with slide. You can have a bite to eat in the brasserie with its terrace by the water.
Layout
This luxury water villa for 6 persons is suitable for disabled persons. The house is sustainable and has solar panels and an air/water heat pump. On the ground floor you will find the living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and filter coffee machine, among other things. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor have been adapted. The passages have also been widened. Upstairs are the second and third bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom and separate toilet. There is also an indoor storage room. This house has an extra luxury package consisting of a sauna, whirlpool bath and sun shower. From the living room, you have a view of the spacious garden with a decking area by the water. There are two parking spaces at the house.
This water villa is extremely suitable for the disabled. The house has been adapted with extra aids, such as supports in the toilet and shower on the ground floor. The bedroom has a high-low bed. The kitchen has also been adapted so that wheelchair users can make optimal use of it.

Particularities
- The premium package consists of made-up beds, bed linen and a towel package (one large and one small). Optionally, it is possible to book an extra towel package. Please note that you do not need to bring your own bed linen.
- Prior to your arrival, the bubble bath is completely emptied, ecologically cleaned and refilled with water again. The national hygiene standards are applied here.
- Due to the sustainable construction of this holiday home, it is possible that the water in the bubble bath has not yet reached the desired temperature when you arrive. Of course the bubble bath can be used immediately.
- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
- The interior can vary per house.
- The resort reserves the right to request a deposit from all guests on site.

Medemblik is a picturesque town with old houses, narrow streets and picturesque facades. Medemblik and its surroundings offer a wealth of opportunities for relaxation: beautiful walking and cycling routes, the old cozy city center with many terraces and the authentic market on Saturdays in the summer months. Also visit Castle Radboud Medemblik, the Dutch Steam Engine Museum, the Zuiderzee Museum or Sprookjeswonderland. The city of Alkmaar is also worth a visit, every Friday you can see the famous cheese market. Nature and the many recreational areas in the area are ideal not only for sailors, but also for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers and anglers.
