Comfortable 6-person Caribbean-style villa within walking distance of beach and dunes.
The attractive vacation homes at Duynparc De Heeren van 's-Gravensande almost all have one or more verandas and are just 700 meters from the vast North Sea beach. Ideal for those who enjoy walking, swimming or relaxing at a beach pavilion overlooking the sea.
The small-scale park is quiet and surrounded by greenery. Thanks to its location near cities like Rotterdam and The Hague, a cultural or culinary trip is also easily made. The immediate vicinity invites for cycling trips and the center of 's-Gravenzande is within walking distance.
The villa is comfortably furnished with a cozy sitting area, smart TV, sound bar and an open kitchen including a four-burner stove, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine and a refrigerator with freezer. In the hall you will find a separate toilet and a storage room with washer, dryer and extra fridge-freezer. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Outside is a spacious, furnished terrace, a storage room and parking for two cars.

Behind the dunes of 's-Gravenzande are the kilometres of North Sea beaches that run from Hook of Holland to Scheveningen. The sandy beaches guarantee many hours of holiday fun whether you want to sunbathe, swim, snorkel or surf. Along the beach you will find several beach pavilions where you can have a nice snack or drink while enjoying the beautiful view. Want to enjoy the beautiful nature to the full? Hire a bicycle and set off to discover the beautiful green area. In the cosy centre of 's-Gravenzande, you will find several cosy cafés and restaurants. For a full day of shopping, you can visit the cosy nearby The Hague or Rotterdam.

We had a wonderful weekend. The weather wasn't great, but that didn't spoil the fun. It's a cozy little park with beautiful houses and wonderfully close to the beach.Heerlijk weekend gehad. Het weer zat niet helemaal mee maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Gezellig klein park met mooie huisjes en heerlijk dicht bij het strand.
