You'll be staying in this spacious six-person forest villa in a quiet holiday park in Markelo, surrounded by greenery and privacy. The cozy living room with a Smart TV and French doors leading to the garden is the heart of the house. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying meals together. After an active day, relax in the infrared sauna or enjoy the spacious terraces at the front and rear of the villa. The house features three bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower and vanity, and two toilets. Parking for two cars is available next to the villa.

The park is located near forests and heathland, ideal for hiking and cycling. Nearby, you'll find charming villages such as Markelo, the art town of Diepenheim, and Lochem. A visit to Twickel Castle or the Clog Museum is definitely worthwhile. There's plenty to do for all ages in the area.

Location and surroundings

Markelo, Overijssel

Twente is known for its hospitality, which you will undoubtedly experience here. In this area, you will also find many historic castles with beautiful gardens, restored wind and water mills and authentic villages. Each one worth a visit. This area is a true paradise for cyclists, hikers and Nordic walkers, because during the trips, each route provides a different scenery. Do you like to go to the big city? Then Enschede, Hengelo, Almelo and (a little further away) Deventer are recommended. For a day out in the area, the five-star route through the Hof van Twente, the castles tour (by bike), Museumboerderij Erve Brooks and Avonturenpark Hellendoorn are fun and suitable for the whole family.
