Group accommodation for 46 people located on the 'Bovenwijde' in Giethoorn

In the beautiful village of Giethoorn, you will find this spacious group accommodation located on an island on the Bovenwijde. The Weerribben-Wieden nature reserve invites for water activities such as sailing, supping or canoeing. The accommodation has six wooden sailing punts which you can use during your stay. Besides water sports, it is also a beautiful area for hiking and cycling. Stroll through the village over the little bridges and explore the beautiful Dutch Venice or take a walking route through the Weerribben-Wieden National Park. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the boats sailing around through Giethoorn's canals. If you are staying in Giethoorn in August, visit the Gondola Procession that takes place at the end of August where decorated gondolas sail through the canals.

The group accommodation is suitable for 46 persons. The accommodation is located on the water and can only be reached by boat. There is a spacious dining room mingled with tables and chairs and some sofas. This can be used as a dining room, but also as a recreation room. The accommodation has central heating and there is free Wi-Fi. There is a large kitchen including a gas cooker, oven, freezer, fridge, workbench, kitchen unit, dishwasher, serving trolley, filter coffee maker, kettle, deep fryer, pans, utensils and microwave. There is also a pantry with glasses, cups, mugs, cutlery, lemonade and thermos jugs. There are six showers and five toilets and one urinal.

There are two smaller rooms both with bunk beds.
The two dormitories are both furnished with 10 or 11 bunk beds.
So there are 46 sleeping places in total. There is one cot, two high chairs and a playpen available.

Outside
Picnic tables and a playing field surround the accommodation. Here you will also find the associated boathouse and jetties for the six wooden sailing punters belonging to the accommodation. You can use these punters during your stay.
