This wellness villa for five people is located at the Texel holiday park. This new holiday park is centrally located on the delightful Wadden Island of Texel, just 3,500 meters from the North Sea beach at De Koog. Texel is a true walking and cycling island. In addition to hiking and cycling routes, there are also mountain bike trails. Explore the polders and dunes, the vast heathlands and forests. Boats depart from Oudeschild for trips across the Wadden Sea. Take a sail to watch seals, board a shrimp trawler, or take a trip aboard an authentic sailing ship. While staying on Texel, a visit to the Ecomare Seal Centre is also definitely worthwhile. Texel is rich in nature reserves, the most famous of which is the Slufter. The area has an open connection to the North Sea, and most of it is a breeding and resting area for birds. Another bird sanctuary is the Waalenburg Polder.

The villa has a bright interior, which is reflected in the living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa and television. There is also a dining area with a dining table and chairs. Adjacent is the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with an induction cooktop, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, coffee maker, and Nespresso pod machine. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the bathroom, which has a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. There's also a second bathroom with a semi-freestanding bath, shower, infrared sauna, and a sink.

Outside, there's a garden with a furnished terrace, an outdoor kitchen, and a hot tub. There's also parking for two cars at the holiday home.
