Spacious 10-person holiday home with three showers in Wolphaartsdijk

Stay in this spacious holiday home located in the polder, in the cosy village of Wolphaartsdijk. This village lies directly on Lake Veere and is the perfect base for water sports, walks and pure relaxation. From the marina, you can sail straight onto the water. Take a seat at one of the atmospheric terraces on the harbour and enjoy a snack, a drink and a wonderful view. Fancy a day of culture or shopping? Within a short time you can be in Goes, Middelburg or Zierikzee - three historic towns full of charm and cosiness.

The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a dining table. Adjacent to it is a separate TV room, which can be opened or closed off as desired. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a filter coffee machine, oven, kettle, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The house has four bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own washbasin. There are a total of three showers. The first bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds and a washbasin. A shower is located in the hallway right next to this bedroom. The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds, a washbasin, and a shower. From this room, you also have direct access to the garden. The upper floor is divided into two separate sections, each accessible via its own staircase. Please note: both staircases are steep. Each section contains one bedroom:

The third bedroom is equipped with two box-spring beds, a washbasin, and a shower. The fourth bedroom has four single box-spring beds and a washbasin as well. You have access to a private garden at both the front and the rear of the house, so you can always find a sunny or shady spot. The rear garden is accessible either via the entrance at the front or through the ground floor bedroom. The front garden is adjacent to the driveway and parking area and can also be accessed through the French doors in the living room. There is space to park at least three cars at the holiday home.
