This delightful, rural holiday home for two is situated on the edge of the village of Westerhaar, with beautiful cycling, mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding trails nearby. Westerhaar is located midway between Hardenberg and Almelo. The protected nature reserve Engbertsdijkvenen, with its heathland, fens, peat bogs, and a peat museum, is two kilometers from the holiday home and is definitely worth a visit. A swimming pond, fishing pond, and bus stop are just 200 meters away. Westerhaar offers a supermarket, butcher, ice cream parlor, restaurant, pizzeria, cafeteria, and a farm shop. Nearby are charming villages such as Hellendoorn, Hardenberg, Dedemsvaart, Ommen, Ootmarsum, and Tubbergen.
