In this region you will find many beautiful rural country houses and castles in a back country landscape that is so characteristic of the back corner. You can swim in the Hengelo (Gld) open air swimming pool. You can go shopping in the Hanseatic city of Zutphen at 10 kilometers or visit the historic and smallest town in the Netherlands, Bronckhorst. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The holiday home is half of a spacious semi-detached house. You enter the hall with tiled floor. In the hall you will find a toilet with urinal and bidet, a laundry room and a pantry with potato cellar. The kitchen is also equipped with a tiled floor and is fully equipped with a built-in gas hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, combination microwave and a fridge-freezer. In the living room you will find an attractive wood stove and a beautiful view over farmlands. The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. You also have a lovely spacious garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a hot tub. There is enough parking space to park your car (s).
