Three luxury 6 person villas with sauna and Finnish Kota in the Veluwe
This very luxurious 18-person Group accommodation consists of three adjacent six-person villas with a private courtyard that is equipped with a Finnish Kota (grill area) and two six-person saunas. The group accommodation is at Recreatiepark de Boshoek. Recreation park De Boshoek in the Veluwe is the ideal destination for a holiday in the Netherlands for both an active weekend away or a relaxing holiday. Recreation park De Boshoek is centrally located on the Veluwe near the town of Voorthuizen. The holiday park has a beautiful indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, a panna cage and much more ... There is really everything to do, even for a nice evening restaurant or equally 'terraces' you can just stay in the park. Do you want to go into nature? no problem! You can cycle or walk straight into nature from the park. Wonderful park for young and old!
There are three villas at your disposal, the layout of each villa is as follows: With the decorative fireplace that can be used both indoors and outdoors. The villas are modern and have their own sauna. The living room is tastefully decorated and includes a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, four-burner stove, a combi microwave, a Nespresso, a kettle and a fridge. There are three spacious bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and two with two single box-spring beds. There is a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink, and a separate toilet.
Outside there is a spacious courtyard with a Finnish Kota in the center. In this you can all sit around the fire. This Veluwe Villa neighborhood also features 3 parking spaces.

- Note: the houses in the park are not accessible by car. There are additional parking spaces close to the accommodations, here you can park and then go on foot to the accommodation.

Voorthuizen, Gelderland
Voorthuizen is a beautiful place in the midst of beautiful nature and also a fine place to stay for exploring the area. For example, Zeumeren is a beautiful lake where you can swim and where many water sports are also practiced. Think of surfing, pedal boats, water skiing and canoeing, but in winter you can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Real fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Aanschotergat fishing lake. From Voorthuizen you can be in the National Park De Hoge Veluwe in the blink of an eye, where you can go cycling. Apeldoorn, where you can visit the Julianatoren amusement park or Het Loo Palace, is also close by, and in Voorthuizen itself there are many pleasant terraces and restaurants.

It's a spacious, well-maintained park with a large playground next to the terrace. Parents can enjoy a meal and a drink while the children play in the playground.
Het is een ruim net park met een grote speeltuin aan het terras. De ouders kunnen rustig wat eten en drinken terwijl de kinderen zich vermaken in de speeltuin.

I have a complaint about the kota at our cottage. The first bag of wood was blue with smoke. It even hurt my eyes. I called a gentleman. It has to steep, it has to warm up, so gently put logs on top, he advised. We did that, and we went to the regular cottage. Then we tried again in the kota; by then, the second bag had gone through. We had to sit on the floor in front of the fire. We called the gentleman again. We had emptied the ashes ourselves; they were completely full. No, it has to be this good, that's how it's supposed to work. Didn't this gentleman really see that it was blue and that my eyes were hurting? All the Santa presents were quickly unwrapped, and everyone was on the floor. Meanwhile, our third bag (dry wood, so that can't be the problem) went through. How is it possible that you provide one bag of wood and tell them it has to warm up? With one bag and this argument, you can't just sit by the fire with one bag. As a park, take care of the heating or provide more bags, and provide accurate information. This was our second year. We didn't have this last year, otherwise we would never have booked a second time. I'm truly devastated, angry, and disappointed by this story. We're trying to create happy memories in a different setting than a regular living room. It's Saint Nicholas Day and a kind of special day.
Ik heb een klacht over de kota bij ons huisje.
Bij de eerste zak hout stond het blauw van de rook. De ogen deden zelfs pijn. Een meneer laten komen. Het moet trekken, het moet doorwarmen, rustig blokken erop leggen, adviseerde meneer. Gedaan en wij in het gewone huisje. Toen weer in de kota geprobeerd inmiddels was de tweede zak erdoor. We moesten op de grond zitten voor de ogen. Weer de meneer laten komen. We hadden de as zelf geleegd, deze was ram vol. Nee het moet zo goed zijn, zo moet het werken. Zag deze meneer dan echt niet dat het blauw stond, dat de ogen pijn deden. Alle Sint cadeaus snel uitgepakt, iedereen op de grond. Inmidddls onze meegebrachte 3 e zak (droog hout- daar kan het dus niet aan liggen) erdoor.
Hoe kan het dat jullie 1 zak hout verstrekken en zeggen dat het moet opwarmen. Met 1 zak en dit argument red je het dus niet om met 1 zak bij het vuur te zitten. Zorg als park dan voor de opwarming of verstrek meer zakken, geef goede informatie.
Dit was ons tweede jaar. Vorig jaar hadden we dit niet, anders hadden we nooit een tweede keer geboekt.
Ik ben echt ontdaan, boos, teleurgesteld over dit verhaal. We proberen leuke herinneringen te maken in een andere omgeving dan een reguliere woonkamer. Het is Sint en een soort van speciale dag.
