Historic national monument for 13 people near the promenade in the centre of Vlissingen

Looking for an attractive holiday home for up to 13 people on the coast? In Vlissingen, you will find this historic national monument right on the Bellamypark with several cosy restaurants and at the bottom of the Boulevard. This holiday address was built in the 'Golden Age' and used to be a residence/warehouse. The property breathes the atmosphere of the past, but was completely modernised and renovated in 2021. The property is located right in the centre of Vlissingen with various fish shops and restaurants within walking distance. The shopping centre, supermarkets, a cinema with seven screens and reptile zoo Iguana are also located in the immediate vicinity. The Boulevards of Vlissingen are 100 metres from the national monument Havenzicht. You can take beautiful walks along the Westerschelde via the boulevards and further beaches. Nowhere do container ships sail so close to the coast as in Vlissingen. Through the second-floor window, you can see the passing ships.

This historical building is playfully laid out and has a basement, ground floor and two floors.

A staircase leads to the basement. The height to the beams here is 193cm and the height to the plaster ceiling 200cm. There are two bedrooms here: one bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and one bedroom with two single beds. The first bedroom has a door to the underground area, where there is some patio furniture for sitting outside. Furthermore, the basement contains a bathroom with vanity unit made of wreckage washed up in Vlissingen.

On the ground floor is a living kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, combi-oven, freezer and four-burner cooker. This kitchen diner also has a double sofa bed and dining area for six with smart TV (Netflix account available). Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Stairs take you to the first floor where you will find a large kitchen. This kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob, large oven, extra combi-oven/microwave and freezer. The kitchen has a table with eight chairs and four extra chairs that can be added. Digital television is also available in this room. From this kitchen diner you have a nice view of the Bellamypark with its cosy restaurants and terraces. If you look to the right, you can even see the sea. The bedroom on this floor has a double bed (140x200cm) and a bunk bed for two persons, separated by a wardrobe.

The living room on the second floor has a living room with three sofas, two of which are double sofa beds, and a smart TV with Netflix account. This floor has one spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). You will also find a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet on this floor.

At the top of the property there is a sleeping loft which can be accessed by a steep staircase. There are three single beds in this sleeping loft.

It is possible to sit outside with the terrace furniture from the underground room. The land in front of the property (up to the stone blocks) belongs to the house.
