Historic National Monument for 15 people near the boulevard in the center of Vlissingen

In Vlissingen, you'll find this historic national monument right on Bellamypark, with several charming restaurants, at the bottom of the boulevard. Built in the Golden Age, this holiday home once served as a residence and warehouse. The building exudes a bygone atmosphere, but was completely modernized and renovated in 2021. The house is located in the heart of Vlissingen, with several fishmongers and restaurants within walking distance. The shopping center, supermarkets, a seven-screen cinema, and the Iguana reptile zoo are also nearby. The Vlissingen boulevards are just 100 meters from the national monument, Havenzicht. Along the boulevards and other beaches, you can enjoy beautiful walks along the Western Scheldt. Container ships sail closer to the coast than anywhere else in Vlissingen. From the second-floor window, you can watch the ships passing by.

This historic building has a playful layout and has a basement, ground floor and two upper floors.

A staircase leads to the basement. The ceiling height to the beams is 193cm, and the ceiling height to the plasterboard is 200cm. There are two bedrooms here: one with a double bed (180x200cm) and one with two single beds. The first bedroom has a door to the underground area, where you'll find some patio furniture for outdoor seating. The basement also includes a bathroom with a vanity made from driftwood washed ashore in Vlissingen.

On the ground floor, there's a kitchen/diner with a dishwasher, refrigerator, combination oven, freezer, and four-burner stove. This kitchen/diner also features a double sofa bed and a dining area for six with a smart TV (Netflix account available). There's also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor.

The stairs lead to the first floor, where a large kitchen is located. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooktop, large oven, additional combination oven/microwave, and freezer. The kitchen has a table with eight chairs and four additional chairs that can be added. Digital television is also available in this room. From the kitchen-diner, you have a beautiful view of Bellamypark in front, with its charming restaurants and terraces. If you look to the right, you can even see the sea. The bedroom on this floor has a double bed (140x200cm) and a bunk bed for two, separated by a wardrobe.

The living room on the second floor has three sofas, two of which are double sofa beds, and a smart TV with Netflix. This floor also has one spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on this floor.

At the top of the building is a sleeping loft accessible via a steep staircase. This sleeping loft contains three single beds.

It's possible to sit outside using the patio furniture from the underground area. The land in front of the building (up to the stone blocks) belongs to the building.
