Quietly located 4 person chalet in Vinkel, North Brabant

This comfortable four-person chalet in Vinkel is located in a quiet, wooded area. The chalet is cozy and tastefully decorated and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. In the vicinity of Vinkel you will find various nature reserves, including the Maashorst nature reserve and the Herperduin nature reserve. The historic city of Den Bosch is a short distance away where you can enjoy culture, shopping and cozy restaurants. There are also several attractions nearby, including the Efteling and Burgers' Zoo. All in all, the area around Vinkel offers something for everyone and is an ideal destination for nature lovers, culture lovers, hikers, cyclists and families with children.

In the living area you will find the living room, dining area and adjacent kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, Nespresso coffee maker, electric stove and dishwasher.

In the large bedroom there is a double bed with electric controls. In the small bedroom there is a bunk bed, perfect for children. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a storage room which includes a fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner and clothes rack. The garden has an outdoor terrace with table, you can park on the grounds of the main building this is 30 meters from the chalet.

A lovely cottage with an excellent bed. Hospitable service. Beautiful cycling routes in the immediate area. There are bicycles in the shed, but it's not entirely clear whether you're allowed to use them. If you're not bringing your own bikes, I'd suggest asking. We had a wonderful stay.

Owner's response:

The electric bikes are ours, but they're a bit older. Most guests bring their own very nice, modern bikes. We've never actually considered lending or renting them. It would be possible, but they have a limited range.

The cottage is right next to the through road, you can hear the traffic well inside. The bedroom has only translucent (!) blinds. A hob where biggest "burner" does not work. A hood where light switch does not work, little sun at t cottage by the high hedge and trees. More potential,plot large enough for more outdoor space.

It is unfortunate that you did not quite like it. After all, our aim is for you to enjoy your stay. We will use your comments to see where we can add a few finishing touches. As far as traffic is concerned: a few days a year the farmers remove the corn from the fields. Tractors then drive back and forth in the wide vicinity. Normally, apart from traffic during office hours, it is actually very quiet. In any case, thank you for your tips.
