This holiday home is located on the edge of the Paasberg nature reserve. De Paasberg is an old river dune complex, created by the blowing up of sand during the last ice age. There are beautiful hiking and cycling paths in this area. There are also several beautiful country houses and castles in the region. About seven kilometres away is the lively city of Doetinchem with a rich offer of shops, culture, events and restaurants.

The spacious living room has a large TV, air conditioning and a bar with a tap system and several refrigerators. The kitchen includes two five-burner cookers, an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and fridge. There are two separate toilets in the hall.
