Would you like something different and unique? Then this beautiful country villa is really something for you. The monumental villa is located in the middle of the nostalgic village of Sint Jacobiparochie near the Wadden Sea. The villa is a wonderful base to explore the Wadden region. From nearby Harlingen there are several ferry services every day to Vlieland and Terschelling (45 minutes), so that visiting one of these islands is a good day trip. In the area you can enjoy walking, cycling, mudflat walking, watching birds and seals and getting a breath of fresh air along the dike. The space and beautiful colors of the landscape are impressive.
The villa has two living rooms: the Wilhelmina Room and the larger garden room, which was renovated in 2019. The dining room connects to the Wilhelmina room. From the garden room you can go through the garden doors to the spacious terrace. There is also a nostalgic gentleman's room downstairs. The kitchen is also fully equipped and includes an airfryer, food processor, two coffee makers (one quick filter and one Nespresse with coffee cups), combination microwave, dishwasher, cooking island, oven, fridge-freezer, grill and coffee machine.
Upstairs is a fitness room with two-person luxury steam shower cubicle, and on the landing is a room with a pool table and air hockey table for four. There is a special laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
There are six bedrooms on the first floor: four bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with one single bed. Each bedroom also has its own hair dryer and bathrobe.
Downstairs there is a bathroom with a Whirlpool, massage chair and additional third shower. Upstairs a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. There is a chromecast in both the Whirlpool room, the garden room, the living room and the room on the first floor.
In the large fully enclosed garden with a Weber barbecue (bring your own charcoal) you will also find garden furniture and a terrace. There is a trampoline with a safe safety net, a children's sandbox (shell) and a seesaw. In addition, there are three couches and three different seating areas with 19 garden chairs.
For weekend bookings until 17 PM on Sunday there is a discount of EUR 150 on the rent. If you want to use this, you can indicate this during the booking in the comments. We will then manually adjust the invoice for you.

Visit one of the beautiful Wadden Islands Vlieland or Terschelling, the port of Harlingen (from where you take the boat) is nearby. Do you prefer to stay on the mainland? Then you can also take advantage of this vacation to make breathtaking bike rides through cozy villages and beautiful nature reserves. A day of culture? Then visit the capital of Friesland, Leeuwarden. Where, in addition to a pleasant day of shopping, you also have plenty of choice in museums and restaurants. Tips that we do not want to forget are the Fries Museum and making a praamvaart through the center of the city. This way you will learn more about the history of this old city while sailing through the beautiful canals.
