Attractive 4-person bungalow on the Schoorl dunes, close to beach and center
This charming four-person bungalow is the ideal spot for lovers of peace and quiet and nature. The property is situated directly on a vast dune area – perfect for hiking and cycling. Mountain bikers will also find plenty to enjoy. The wide beach of Hargen aan Zee is just a 15-minute bike ride away, where various beach pavilions invite you to enjoy the sunset.
The bungalow features underfloor heating on the ground floor and a comfortable living room with a sitting area and dining table. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. The type of coffee maker varies by apartment; it can be a filter coffee machine, Nespresso, or espresso machine. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. The first floor has an open loft with additional sleeping space for two people. Outside, you will find a furnished terrace and a private parking space. You can rent (electric) bicycles and mountain bikes at the park. The charming village center of Schoorl, with its charming shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes' walk away.

Schoorl, North-Holland
Near Schoorl are the highest dunes in the Netherlands. In the heart of Schoorl is the famous climbing dune, below which cosy terraces provide the necessary rest after the climb. In the vast wooded dune area behind the climbing dune, a walk is highly recommended, but you can also traverse the dunes by bike. For a day out, go to Bergen with its art markets, check out the cosy harbour of Hoorn, visit the cheese market in Alkmaar on Friday or go to the beautiful Zaan region. Of course, you can also spend a day at the beach for swimming, sunbathing, sailing or surfing and then stroll along the cosy boulevards in the evening.

The location is perfect. A tip for cottage 25: Please provide more cutlery, as it was too minimal for four people. A shower screen would also be helpful because everything gets wet in the bathroom. We were with my parents, and it was quite dangerous if someone needed to use the toilet due to the potential for slipping on a wet floor. Otherwise, a great stay!
Ligging is perfect. Een tip voor huisje 25: Graag meer bestek, dit was te minimaal voor 4 personen. Daarnaast zou een douchewand prettig zijn omdat alles nat wordt in de badkamer. Wij waren met mijn ouders en het was nu wel gevaarlijk als er iemand naar het toilet moest ivm mogelijk uitglijden door een natte vloer.

We didn't have a good experience with this accommodation. The cottage absolutely didn't meet our expectations. It was outdated, the kitchen appliances were outdated, and the interior left much to be desired. We shared our concerns with the lady at reception and were assigned another cottage that was reasonably satisfactory. However, we were disappointed.
We hadden geen goede ervaring met deze accommodatie. Het huisje voldeed absoluut niet aan onze verwachtingen. Ouwbollig, verouderde keukenapparatuur en het interieur liet veel te wensen over. We hebben onze bevindingen uitgesproken aan de dame bij de receptie en kregen een ander huisje toegewezen wat redelijk voldeed. Maar we waren teleurgesteld
