A 15-minute bike ride away is the quiet sandy beach, with several beach pavilions where you can relax or enjoy a drink. The village of School is only 700 meters away, where you can do your daily shopping. In the vicinity there are plenty of trips to make, such as the Klimduin, the Sea Aquarium in Bergen aan Zee or a day trip to Alkmaar or Den Helder.
