This very spacious 12 person holiday home near Winterberg. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy nature and surroundings, yet close to the ski resorts of Winterberg! After a complete renovation, this property is ready for the reception of guests. This spacious holiday home of almost 200 m2 is located at the start of the Sorpetal in the lovely village of Rehsiepen, 5 minutes from Winterberg-Altastenberg and 7 minutes from the Nordhangbahn of Winterberg itself. From the house you have a magnificent view of the Sorpetal in all directions. Outside you can hear the Sorpe river babbling; if you're lucky you'll see a deer on the slope. Across the road a few goats are walking alongside. Hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers and motorbikes regularly pass by, because all these routes pass in front of the door. In the evening you can also enjoy the cellar bar, the pellet stove in the living room or outside on one of the terraces.

Basement:
