This four-person holiday home is in a truly unique location on the Drentsche Aa river. From the holiday home you look at the river. Nature lends itself perfectly to being watched from the terrace. On one of the photos you can see that this place was used as a seaside resort in earlier times. The Drentsche Aa river valley has a unique flora and fauna. Badgers, beavers, kingfishers, cormorants, damselflies, but also special plants and mushrooms can be found and found here. A truly very special place for nature lovers and people who enjoy walking, cycling and horse riding.

The living room has a spacious seating area with TV and a spacious dining area. The kitchen has a combi microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, four-burner gas stove and of course there is the necessary pans, crockery and cutlery, etc. In the living room there is a screened corner with a spacious double box bed. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds and a separate toilet.
