Six person vacation home on Résidence Valkenburg
This holiday home is located at Résidence Valkenburg. You won't be bored for a moment at this holiday park. Among other things, there is an outdoor swimming pool where you can cool off after a day full of adventures. The beautiful surroundings of South Limburg guarantee a true holiday feeling and Burgundian enjoyment. Take fun day trips to nearby Valkenburg, Maastricht, or the tri-border point in Vaals. The Geuldal nature reserve is also just a stone's throw away; here you can enjoy excellent cycling or walking and appreciate all the beauty this lovely part of the Netherlands has to offer.
The living room has a smart television and internet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, combination microwave oven, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, two of which each have two single beds, and one bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally, there is a separate toilet in the house. Outside, there is a garden with garden furniture and parking for one car at the property.

- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- A deposit of up to EUR 100 per person may be required on site for group arrangements such as groups of friends. For large events and festivals, a deposit of EUR 500 per accommodation is applied. When combining an event and a booking of more than five people, the deposit amount applies per person.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- Only dogs are allowed in the pet-friendly holiday homes.
- Résidence Valkenburg is a holiday park under development, which is why construction work is taking place. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.

The landscape around Schin op Geul consists of rolling hills, vast forests and babbling brooks with wide views over the Geul valley. In the Geul valley, you will find many castles, farms, historical monuments, churches and mills which you can visit during your holiday. Take endless walks or cycle to the cities of Maastricht, Aachen or Liège. Taste the atmosphere of Limburg during your holiday, while enjoying a cup of coffee and a delicious flan. Of course, you can also go to a café in the village for a cup of coffee. Finally, the beautiful neighbouring town of Valkenburg is also well worth a visit, especially around Christmas, where there is a magical atmosphere.

We got a different cottage on arrival than booked. Was a super house. Free location, good working air conditioning. Lovely and quiet. Clean and like new. Was our first time at top parks, but definitely worth repeating. We enjoyed it. Other cottages had less privacy. But for those who like some exercise around the house fine. Thanks!
We kregen een ander huisje bij aankomst dan geboekt. Was een super huis. Vrije ligging, goed werkende airco. Heerlijk rustig. Schoon en als nieuw. Was ons eerste keer bij topparken, maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben genoten. Andere huisjes hadden minder privacy. Maar voor wie van wat beweging om het huis houdt prima. Bedankt!
