At Résidence Valkenburg, you will find this comfortable holiday home with an outdoor spa in the garden, suitable for four people. You won't be bored for a moment at this holiday park. Among other things, there is an outdoor swimming pool where you can cool off after a day full of adventures. The beautiful surroundings of South Limburg guarantee a true holiday feeling and Burgundian enjoyment. Take fun day trips to nearby Valkenburg, Maastricht, or the tri-border point in Vaals. The Geuldal nature reserve is also just a stone's throw away; here you can enjoy excellent cycling or walking and appreciate all the beauty this lovely part of the Netherlands has to offer.
This holiday home is suitable for four people. The living room is furnished with a sofa, television, and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, combination microwave, four-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee capsule machine. This holiday home has two bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds. There are two bathrooms; one bathroom contains a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom features a shower and sink. The garden is equipped with an outdoor spa and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car.

Good to know
- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- A deposit of up to EUR 100 per person may be required on site for group arrangements such as groups of friends. For large events and festivals, a deposit of EUR 500 per accommodation is applied. When combining an event and a booking of more than five people, the deposit amount applies per person.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- Only dogs are allowed in the pet-friendly holiday homes.
- Résidence Valkenburg is a holiday park under development, which is why construction work is taking place. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.

The landscape around Schin op Geul consists of rolling hills, vast forests and babbling brooks with wide views over the Geul valley. In the Geul valley, you will find many castles, farms, historical monuments, churches and mills which you can visit during your holiday. Take endless walks or cycle to the cities of Maastricht, Aachen or Liège. Taste the atmosphere of Limburg during your holiday, while enjoying a cup of coffee and a delicious flan. Of course, you can also go to a café in the village for a cup of coffee. Finally, the beautiful neighbouring town of Valkenburg is also well worth a visit, especially around Christmas, where there is a magical atmosphere.

We rented a wellness cottage during the Christmas holidays and New Year's Eve. It was a lovely, well-maintained cottage. The only downside was that the wellness area was in the garden, making it very cold when using the hot tub. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly, and the sauna gets really hot. They should also post more photos of the cottage.
We hadden een Wellness huisje gehuurd in de kerstvakantie tijdens oud en nieuw. Het was een fijn verzorgd huisje. Het enigste nadeel was dat het Wellness in de tuin stond en daarom ook erg koud tijdens het gebruik van bubbelbad. Verder deed alles het prima, sauna wordt goed warm. Verder mogen ze best wel meerdere foto's van het huisje erop zetten.
