Cosy 4-person chalet in Ruinen
The Chalet is suitable for four persons and is located on a holiday park surrounded by nature. The holiday park offers various facilities including animation in high season, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool, a petting zoo, bicycle rental, a launderette, snack bar and park shop. From this holiday park, the Dwingelderveld National Park can be reached by bike within 15 minutes. The surroundings are therefore perfect for exploring by bike or on foot. During your stay, feel free to visit Ruinen, the Hunebedden in Havelte and Diever or the city of Meppel.
This four person chalet features a cosy living room with a TV, a dining table and a modern kitchen. This kitchen has a kettle, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer and filter coffee maker. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you will find a garden set on the terrace. The chalet has parking for one car and you can use Wi-Fi free of charge.

- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
- Holiday park Ruinen is a developing holiday park, therefore construction activities take place in certain places in the park. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
- This park charges tourist tax from the age of 12. Please indicate the age of the children in the comments field so that your bill can be adjusted accordingly.
- In a chalet for 4 or 6 people, it is not possible to put a camp bed in the bedroom.

Thanks to the cottage and the surroundings, we had a very pleasant short holiday. The only downside is the late check-in and early check-out time. That limits the opportunities to really do anything on the first and last day.
Door het huisje en de omgeving hebben we een hele fijne korte vakantie gehad. Enige minpunt is de late incheck- en vroege uitchecktijd. Dat beperkt op de eerste en laatste dag de mogelijkheden om echt nog iets te kunnen doen.

It was definitely not the cottage we had seen in the photo. A tiny sofa instead of the comfortable corner sofa shown in the picture. We always go away for a few days between my husband's chemo sessions and choose a cottage based on comfort. The reaction at the reception: "Yeah, Heerlijke Huisjes," that’s where it starts. Right… furthermore, the shower had mold.
Het was beslist niet het huisje wat we op de foto hadden gezien. Een mini bankje ipv de comfortabele hoekbank die op de foto stond. Wij gaan steeds een paar dagen weg tussen de chemo’s van mijn man en zoeken een huisje uit op het comfort. De reactie bij de receptie: jaaa, Heerlijke Huisjes, daar begint het al. Juist… verder had de douche schimmel.
