This beautiful six-person holiday home is located one kilometre outside Roggel. Together with another six-person house, the holiday home is located in a long-gabled farmhouse dating from 1929. The holiday home is comfortably furnished and situated in a beautiful rural setting, surrounded by peace, space and lush greenery. In the vicinity, you can enjoy walking, running and cycling in one of the beautiful nature reserves such as the Leudal forest or Asbroekerheide (one of the quietest places in the Netherlands). Nature reserves De Groote Peel and National Park De Meinweg are also nearby. Besides the surrounding forest area, there are also beautiful waters to discover. Several places also offer recreation and plenty of activities and places to eat. Think of De Maas, De Maasplassen, Fun Beach and Area X (near De Weerd).

From the enclosed garden, you enter through the front door into a spacious oblong living room (35m2) with open kitchen. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with a television with satellite connection and DVD home set. In addition, there is Wi-Fi available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and a filter coffee machine. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a washbasin, shower and tumble dryer. There is a separate toilet.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. There is a second toilet. The house is fully equipped with central heating with its own thermostat. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

From the living room you can open the garden doors to a cosy terrace with six-person garden furniture and a parasol. The garden of approx. 140m2 with fruit trees offers plenty of space for children to play. Also in the evening it is lovely to stay in the atmospherically lit garden.
