Guaranteed enjoyment when you choose to stay in this luxury four-person holiday home at Holiday park Hölte. Thanks to the many and large windows, the residence offers a beautiful panoramic view of the water. The holiday home is spacious and equipped with all the luxury you wish for during your well-deserved vacation. Holiday park Hölte is located in the naturally rich Overijssel and is a real nature park where you can relax and fully escape the daily grind! The park itself has a heated outdoor swimming pool and a communal relaxation area where you can sit. There is also a nice petting zoo.
The holiday home is spacious and has a cozy and modern living room. The kitchen is fully equipped as a dishwasher and filter coffee maker. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. Outside the residence you will find a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture and a parasol.

A small park. Well-maintained. Very small pool. No reception. Your information stated that I had to pay the final deposit on-site. Fortunately, I found out through several phone calls that I had to pay it beforehand.
Een kleinschalig park. Netjes onderhouden. Heel klein zwembad. Geen receptie. In jullie informatie stond dat ik de laatste aanbetaling ter plaatse moest betalen. Ik was er gelukkig achter gekomen via diverse telefoontjes dat ik het ik het voor die tijd moest betalen.

A beautiful cottage situated on a pond. Modernly equipped with everything, only a few kitchen items need replacing due to wear and tear, such as cutting boards, a spatula, and Tefal pans. The outdoor patio also needs some renovation; it's dirty and has rotten/broken planks. The surrounding area offers excellent cycling and walking opportunities.
Heel mooi huisje gelegen aan vijverpartij. Modern voorzien van alles, alleen enkele keukenartikelen aan vervanging toe zoals snijplanken, spatel en Tefal pannen in verband met slijtage. Het buitenterras heeft ook een opknapbeurt nodig ,vuil en planken verrot/kapot. Omgeving bied veel fiets en wandelplezier.

Full-length mirror in the bungalow, no parasol, plant more trees around the houses to temper the heat because the flat roof was very warm.
Passpiegel in de bungalow, parasol was er niet, meer bomen planten ronde de huisjes om warmte te temperen door het platte dak heel warm.
