Comfortable 10-person holiday home with a stove and enclosed garden near the North Sea

This comfortable holiday home is a wonderful place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It accommodates up to ten people, nestled in a green and peaceful setting, just a short distance from the North Sea coast. Inside, you'll enjoy a cozy dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a wood-burning stove and smart TV, perfect for long evenings together. One of the bedrooms is furnished as a spacious box bed measuring 180 by 220 centimeters, creating a unique and cozy sleeping experience. Outside, the enclosed garden offers ample space, with several spots to enjoy the sun or shade. The large covered area extends the outdoor living space and is furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, a Weber BBQ, and a high table with chairs. Practical amenities such as bicycle storage make your stay even more comfortable.

The park offers various amenities, including a playground, a large playing field, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and fishing waters with a free fishing permit, allowing you to fish practically from your garden. Anna Paulowna is just five minutes away for your daily groceries, and both Schagen and Callantsoog beach are a short distance away.

  • At the main location there is a charging point for electric cars, which is 1.5 km away
  • Loud music is not allowed outside, after 10pm it must be quiet
  • No youth groups, bachelor parties or football clubs allowed
  • Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar) en basisschoolgroepen zijn niet toegestaan.
  • The main location of the holiday homes is holiday park 't Bullekroffie, 1.5 km away, where you can also collect the key.

Location and surroundings

Oudesluis, North-Holland

Oudesluis is located in the tip of North Holland, close to beaches and dunes. The village has existed for over 400 years and was once connected to the open sea and known at the time for whalers. Take a lovely walk along the Grote Sloot or visit several farm shops and the local beer brewery. The area also lends itself well to cycling trips. Explore the many flower bulb fields and in spring there are also various folk markets. Think for example of the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Besides the cosy centre of Oudesluis, you can also visit the surrounding authentic villages Valkkoog and Groenveld, or Medemblik and its imposing Radboud Castle.
