Four-person holiday home at Parc de IJsselhoeve
This holiday home is located at Parc de IJsselhoeve near Rotterdam. Would you like to spend a wonderful weekend away or a holiday by the water? Then you have come to the right place! Parc de IJsselhoeve is situated in Nieuwekerk a/d IJssel, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, but are also just a short distance from cities like Rotterdam and Gouda for a fun day out. The swimming pool, sports fields, and playgrounds ensure that the children will not get bored. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy cycling, walking, or horseback riding through the Hitland recreational area.
The living room has a flat-screen television and internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave oven, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds. There is space to place a cot here. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Outside, there is a garden with garden furniture, and parking is available for one car at the property.

- If you booked a cottage with hot tub, it takes about 1.5 hours for the hot tub to warm up. The hot tubs are electric.
- The design / layout / layout of the houses may differ.
- A deposit of up to EUR 100 per person may be required on site for group arrangements such as groups of friends. For large events and festivals, a deposit of EUR 500 per accommodation is applied. When combining an event and a booking of more than five people, the deposit amount applies per person.

In Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, you will find the peace and quiet of the countryside, while cities such as Rotterdam and Gouda are a short distance away. In these cities, besides shopping and enjoying various restaurants, terraces and cafés, you can also find various sights. Unique to the area is the recreational area Hitland. Here, you can cycle and walk alternately through forest landscapes, meadows with many bird species and moors. Right next to Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel are the old famous brick kilns, definitely worth a visit! But there are even more such historical elements in the area: peat wells, wheels, water mills and drainage ditches from the old polder landscape.
