Modern holiday home for 6 persons on Parc de Ijsselhoeve
This modernly furnished six-person holiday home is located on Parc de IJsselhoeve near Rotterdam. Would you like to spend a lovely weekend or holiday near the water? Then you have come to the right place! Parc de IJsselhoeve is located in Nieuwekerk a/d IJssel where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, but which is also within easy reach of cities such as Rotterdam and Gouda for a fun day out. The swimming pool, sports fields and playing fields ensure that children will not get bored. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity you can enjoy cycling, walking or horse riding through the Hitland recreation area.
The living room has a sitting and dining area with a television and free Wifi. The kitchen includes a 4-burner cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso machine. There are two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside there is a garden with a furnished terrace. One car can be parked at the accommodation.

- If you booked a cottage with hot tub, it takes about 1.5 hours for the hot tub to warm up. The hot tubs are electric.
- The design / layout / layout of the houses may differ.
- A deposit of up to EUR 100 per person may be required on site for group arrangements such as groups of friends. For large events and festivals, a deposit of EUR 500 per accommodation is applied. When combining an event and a booking of more than five people, the deposit amount applies per person.
- Only dogs are allowed in the pet-friendly holiday homes.

In Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, you will find the peace and quiet of the countryside, while cities such as Rotterdam and Gouda are a short distance away. In these cities, besides shopping and enjoying various restaurants, terraces and cafés, you can also find various sights. Unique to the area is the recreational area Hitland. Here, you can cycle and walk alternately through forest landscapes, meadows with many bird species and moors. Right next to Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel are the old famous brick kilns, definitely worth a visit! But there are even more such historical elements in the area: peat wells, wheels, water mills and drainage ditches from the old polder landscape.

We didn't get the cottage we chose on heerlijkehuisjes. The decor was completely different, and there was no see-through fireplace. I found that a major disappointment, as that's precisely why I chose the cottage!
Wij hebben niet het huisje gekregen wat we hebben uitgezocht op heerlijkehuisjes. De inrichting was totaal anders en er was ook geen doorkijk openhaard. Dat vond ik een flinke tegenvaller omdat ik t huisje juist daarom had uitgekozen!

The park is still undergoing some renovations, but otherwise it's absolutely fantastic. The cottage is new, clean, and nicely decorated!
Park word nog een beetje verbouwd, maar verder helemaal top. Huisje nieuw, schoon en fijn ingericht!
