This 4-person flat is located in Nieuw Heeten. This is a village at the foot of National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. This nature reserve is known for one of the largest continuous dry heath areas in Europe. You can enjoy the forest and heathland here. There are several walking and cycling routes in the area. The Hanseatic city of Deventer is about 20 minutes' drive from the holiday home. This Hanseatic city lies on the river IJssel and various historical features of the city are still visible. Here you can shop in one of the boutiques or enjoy a drink on a terrace. For a relaxing day, visit Thermen Bussloo or the Veluwse Bron.

The flat has a living room with an open-plan kitchen.  The living room features a dining table, Philips HUE lighting, television, a cosy wood-burning stove and air conditioning. The kitchen has a natural stone worktop and is equipped with a induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, oven/ grill, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Both bedrooms have a double box-spring bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres, air conditioning and a small wardrobe. The bathroom has floor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasin. Outside you have a furnished terrace, barbecue and hot tub. In the owner's garden there is an 8-corner surface-mounted swimming pool, which you can use from mid-June until the end of August.
