This beautiful double apartment is located close to the village center of Niedersfeld and the Hillebachsee. The town of Niedersfeld has many opportunities for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing and swimming, boating or water skiing on the Hillebachsee. Restaurants and shops are limited in the village, but in abundance in Winterberg, seven kilometers away. Niedersfeld has a small ski area with a restoration, but you can also take a free bus ride to the Skiliftkarussell in Winterberg.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a large living room with a dining area and a high chair, sitting area with a Smart TV. From the living room you walk onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
