Mountain bikers and cross-country skiers will also enjoy themselves here, with routes for every level of ability. Within walking distance you will find several catering establishments, a ski rental, bike rental, hiking trails and cosy local shops. In addition, lively Winterberg is just a few kilometres away, where you can enjoy even more shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and induction hob. The flat has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double box-spring bed, bedside tables, mood lighting and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom features two singles with a bedside table in between. The third sleeping area is on a charming loft, accessible via a fixed, space-saving staircase in the living room. Here there are two more single box-spring beds. The headroom on the mezzanine is about 1.90 metres in the middle. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and an open washbasin. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Next to the balcony, you have access to a spacious, shared garden of about 300 m², surrounded by tall trees and mostly grassed. For families with young children, a high chair and a cot are available. Parking is available right by the house or in the quiet street in front of the door.
