Large group accommodation for 30 to 40 people in Friesland

The group accommodation Berch owes its name to the fact that it was built on the site of the former haystack. With a cosy living room, a garden room and 11 comfortable bedrooms, the building can accommodate groups of up to 40 people (or up to 50 with children). It is an ideal place to get together and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This unique accommodation is popular all year round with sports associations, friends clubs, small school groups and family groups. The unique location directly on open waterways and in National Park De Alde Feanen makes this place suitable for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Moreover, various group activities are available, such as sailing, cycling, sloop sailing, escape island, supping and canoeing. Enjoy a unique experience with friends, family or colleagues while staying in our group house, located in a quiet holiday park. You can fully enjoy yourself with full board and an extensive activity programme.

The kitchen is very well equipped and offers all the necessities to prepare meals for 40 people. This includes eight hotplates, a large oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, professional dishwasher, two fridges, a freezer and a Bravilor coffee machine (for quick filter coffee grind). In addition, cleaning supplies such as tea towels and dishcloths are provided. The bedroom layout is as follows:

First floor - 8 bedrooms - 28 beds

• Room 4: 2 single beds

• Room 7: 3 bunk beds (6 beds)
• Room 8: 3 bunk beds (6 beds)
• Room 9: 2 bunk beds (4 beds)

Each bedroom is equipped with its own washbasin. Other sanitary facilities are shared and include four showers and seven toilets. Outside, there is a private lawn, several terraces, a fire pit and a private jetty overlooking the Frisian Lakes.
