The small village of Nes is located in the province of Friesland, close to Heerenveen and near Akkrum, about 20 kilometres south-east of Leeuwarden. This region offers excellent opportunities for all kinds of water sports activities, such as sailing, fishing and canoeing. The Sneekermeer lake, located nearby, is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts. Here you can really enjoy the watery environment.

The holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for four people. In the living room you will find a dining table, a wood-burning stove and an elevated seating area, allowing you to look over the dike and enjoy the view over the water from the sofa. The kitchen is well equipped, including a fridge, freezer, combination microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. A total of two bedrooms are available, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Outside, there is a generous terrace with comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Moreover, the house has its own jetty by the water, where you can fish, swim or explore the area by boat.
