Welcome to this beautiful 6-person luxury water villa with whirlpool on Holiday park IJsselmeer, situated in the watery town of Medemblik. The holiday park itself is situated opposite the IJsselmeer and in the town of Medemblik. This town is a tourist attraction with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The house is situated in the unique West Frisian landscape and offers you numerous possibilities for recreation. Are you a real nature lover and do you like walking and cycling? Then this is the place to be. And avid water sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here: swimming, sailing or kite surfing: it's all possible here! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading town dating back to the VOC era. Definitely fun to spend a day! If you return to the park at the end of the day, you can take a dive in the heated indoor swimming pool with slide. You can have a bite to eat in the brasserie with its terrace by the water.

This villa is suitable for 6 persons, is durable and has solar panels and an air/heat pump. On the ground floor you will find the living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, filter coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are the second and third bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom and a second separate toilet. You will also find an extra walk-in closet here. From the living room you have a view of the spacious garden with decking on the water. Here you will also find the hot tub and an outdoor kitchen with kamado BBQ.
