The holiday park itself is situated opposite the IJsselmeer and in the town Medemblik. This town is a tourist attraction with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The house is located in the unique West Frisian landscape and offers numerous opportunities for recreation. Are you a true nature lover and do you enjoy walking and cycling? Then this is the place to be. And avid water sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here: swimming, sailing or kite surfing: it's all possible here! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading town dating back to the VOC era. Definitely fun to spend a day! If you return to the park at the end of the day, you can take a dive in the heated indoor swimming pool with slide. You can have a bite to eat in the brasserie with its terrace by the water.

This water villa is suitable for 6 persons, has a sustainable design and is equipped with solar panels and an air/water heat pump. On the ground floor you will find the living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, filter coffee maker, kettle and fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and a second separate toilet. There is also an indoor storage room. From the living room you have a view on the garden which is generously laid out with a decking area at the water's edge. There are two parking spaces at the holiday house.
