This beautiful 10-45 group accommodation is located on Landgoed 't Borghuis. The Landgoed is located in the middle of the woods near the touristic Losser and De Lutte in the Overijssel region of Twente. The beautiful landscape, for which Twente is so well known, has a wonderful walking and cycling network. While cycling and walking you will pass sand drifts, pine forests, the Dinkel valley, quaint villages and beautiful towns. Rest and nature are two important keywords you can find here. That the proverbial tranquility stands for boring is definitely to be contradicted. On the contrary, Losser is a beautiful tourist municipality where a range of activities are organized in the summer months. Vacation guests who love terraces will certainly come into their own in Losser, De Lutte or Oldenzaal. On the Estate itself there are ponies, an animal pasture, a covered play area with, among other things, table tennis tables, a soccer game, air field hockey and billiards, a campfire place, a playground with, among other things, trampoline, seesaw, swings, a play forest with, among other things, a stepping stone course and go-karts, scooters, a children's tractor which the children may use free of charge.

This group accommodation features a spacious, cozy living room with sitting area, private bar, electric fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. You also have beautiful views of the Twente countryside. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, large oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, among other things. The sixteen bedrooms all have private bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. One bathroom has a bathtub and two bathrooms have their own whirlpool bathtub. The bedrooms on the second floor are accessible both by stairs and elevator. From the living room you can access one of the two terraces through the French doors. From the covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the spacious garden with a trampoline for the children. The garden also has its own Finnish kota including sauna and there is a wood-fired hot tub at your disposal. Parking is available in the central parking lot at the entrance to the park.
