In this comfortable villa for four people, you and your dog can enjoy peace, space, and wellness. Thanks to the fully fenced property with a dog gate, your four-legged friend can safely roam freely in the garden. Inside, you'll find a bright living room with large windows and sliding doors, providing a pleasant connection to the outdoors. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Outside, the spacious terrace with a pergola and comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax. Unwind in the private sauna or relax in the electric hottub, which is ready for use upon arrival.

Location and surroundings

Lattrop-Breklenkamp, Overijssel

Lattrop-Breklenkamp is a charming village in the northeast of Twente, near the German border. Here, you can walk and cycle through vast forests, along rolling ash trees, hedgerows, and streams. Nearby are beautiful nature reserves such as Lutterzand and Springendal, known for their varying elevations and clear springs. Cultural history is also plentiful. Visit the characteristic St. Simon and Judas Church or explore the Twente landscape with traditional farms and fields. For families, there are play and recreational opportunities nearby.
