Luxury villa with sauna and hot tub for 6 people in a quiet holiday park in Twente
This luxury villa for six people is all about relaxation. Spacious and comfortably furnished, it's a wonderful place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The bright living room opens onto the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Sliding doors and tall windows create a pleasantly spacious living area. The villa boasts three comfortable bedrooms, including one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Outside, you'll enjoy a spacious garden with a private sauna, electric hot tub, and a large terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Here, you can truly unwind. Parking is a short walk from the villa.
The peaceful setting amidst the greenery of Lattrop-Breklenkamp makes this Hofvilla an ideal base for exploring nature and relaxation. Nearby, you'll discover nature reserves like the Brecklenkampse Veld and cultural sites like Ootmarsum and Bad Bentheim.

Lattrop-Breklenkamp is a charming village in the northeast of Twente, near the German border. Here, you can walk and cycle through vast forests, along rolling ash trees, hedgerows, and streams. Nearby are beautiful nature reserves such as Lutterzand and Springendal, known for their varying elevations and clear springs. Cultural history is also plentiful. Visit the characteristic St. Simon and Judas Church or explore the Twente landscape with traditional farms and fields. For families, there are play and recreational opportunities nearby. In the nearby towns of Ootmarsum and Denekamp, you'll find charming terraces, museums, and shops.

A quiet park with a fantastic hot tub and sauna. It's conveniently located near Germany and charming Dutch villages. It's a shame that the mountain fens are a protected area, so walking around them is limited. The park itself offers few other amenities. The shop's name suggests more than it actually offers. However, they do offer delicious fresh bread rolls in the morning!
Een rustig park met geweldige hottub en sauna. Leuk gelegen dicht bij Duitsland en ook leuke Nederlandse dorpjes.
Jammer dat de bergvennen beschermd gebied is waardoor je maar beperkt een wandeling kan maken bij de vennen.
Het park zelf heeft verder weinig voorzieningen. De naam winkel doet meer vermoeden dan er is. Wel heerlijk verse afgehakte broodjes in de ochtend!

Lovely, modern cottage in beautiful surroundings. The hot tub was wonderfully warm upon arrival. The cottage was clean, except under the beds, where there were dust bunnies. The staff were quick to help if anything happened, such as a power outage or a shortage of linens. Because of the holidays, oliebollen (Dutch doughnuts) and hot drinks were available with fire pits. There's nothing else to do on the property itself, but we didn't need it. The surrounding area is beautiful for walking and cycling; there was ice and we were skating on the mountain lakes. There are charming villages in the area and plenty of restaurants and shops. The only disappointment was the mattress. We were there for 10 days, which is quite a long time if the mattress isn't comfortable. You could feel the springs.
Heerlijk modern huisje en mooie omgevind. Hottub was heerlijk warm bij aankomst. Huisje was schoon, alleen onder de bedden niet, lagen stofvlokken. Personeel schiet meteen te hulp als er wat was zoals eens stroom storing of te weinig linnen pakketten. Ivm met de feestdagen waren er oliebollen en warme dranken te krijgen met vuurkorven. Op het terrein zelf is verder niets te doen, maar dat hoefde voor ons ook niet.
De omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen en te fietsen, nu lag er ijs en werd er op de bergvennen geschaatst. Leuke dorpjes in de omgeving en veel eetgelegenheden en winkeltjes.
