This attractive vacation home concerns the former farmhouse of the organic garden farm behind it. The modernized, attractively furnished house is located in Hoeven, North Brabant and can accommodate seven people. 

The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Hoeven, a picturesque village between Bergen op Zoom and Breda. In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful places such as the forests of Pagnevaart, Seminary Bovendonk, Seppe Airport (Breda Airport), water play park Splesj, and the impressive Basilica in Oudenbosh. The region offers an array of hiking and biking routes, cozy restaurants and interesting sights. By car, cities such as Breda, Bergen op Zoom, Rotterdam, Antwerp and the Zeeland coast are easy to reach. Also at the house is an organic garden store with complete range of organic products. The store is open on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

The single-story home features a spacious living room with comfortable seating. The open kitchen has a stove, oven, hood, kettle, Nespresso machine and refrigerator. The dining area has seating for six, possibly expandable by loose stools to eight. There are two bedrooms, one of which has two double beds (1.60m and 1.40m wide), the other bedroom has a bunk bed that can accommodate two people below and one person above. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. The living room and bathroom have underfloor heating, in addition, the entire house has central heating.Outside there is a garden with garden furniture and the indoor storage offers the opportunity to place bicycles or possibly a motorcycle. The detached house has ample parking.
