Holiday park De Rimboe in Hoenderloo is a beautifully situated holiday park in the woods and centrally on the Veluwe. The holiday park has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a fun playground. A holiday with the children at Vakantiepark De Rimboe is definitely worthwhile. The location of Vakantiepark De Rimboe is a true Eldorado for nature lovers and those who love to wander endlessly through the Veluwe landscape. Arnhem or Apeldoorn are great places to go shopping or have a drink on a terrace, and they also have beautiful zoos, amusement parks and many other places of interest. On to Hoenderloo!
Layout
There is a cosy sitting and dining area with a television. The kitchen includes a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. Next there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor are the other four bedrooms with two single beds and bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
Outside, there is a furnished terrace and an infrared sauna. There is parking for one car at the holiday home.

Location and surroundings
Hoenderloo is centrally located on National Park De Hoge Veluwe, the largest continuous nature reserve in the Netherlands. The village is surrounded by forests, moors and sand drifts. Take the car, the bike or the pram and discover the nature of the Veluwe at your leisure, unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Hoenderloo is a wonderful base and you can do excellent shopping in nearby Apeldoorn, in the large indoor shopping centre De Oranjerie, Arnhem or Ede. Nearby attractions include De Apenheul, Het Loo Palace or children's amusement park Julianatoren. Arnhem is home to the Dutch Open Air Museum and how about a visit to the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen or Deventer?

De snackbar is nauwelijks te vinden, die staat niet aangegeven op de plattegrond en ook de bewegwijzering in het park laat te wensen over.
We hadden een heerlijk lang weekend met mooi weer, dus konden ook vaak buiten zitten.
Jammer dat we meteen groep van acht personen niet in het restaurant terecht konden.
