Spacious 6 person vacation home suitable for people with limited mobility in Hellendoorn
This fully wheelchair-accessible 6-person bungalow is located on a small, wooded holiday park at the foot of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. It's an ideal spot for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and adventurers. You can walk or cycle straight into nature from the park. Mountain bikers can indulge themselves on the award-winning purple MTB route that runs alongside the park. The Pieterpad is also nearby, and just 3 km away, you'll find Avonturenpark Hellendoorn – perfect for families.
The bungalow is barrier-free, with wide doorways, an adapted bedroom with a ceiling hoist, adjustable beds, and an adapted bathroom with a shower stretcher and toilet supports. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. Outside, you'll enjoy a furnished terrace and private parking.

A wonderful little house, especially downstairs! It's a shame there's no bathroom upstairs, and the living room lacks a comfortable chair for seniors. Otherwise, everything is well-equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. Lots of natural light and a spacious garden. There are, however, two reclining garden chairs in addition to the regular ones.
Geweldig fijn huisje, m n beneden! Jammer dat er boven geen sanitair is en voor senioren ontbreekt in de woonkamer een gemakkelijke stoel. Verder alles ruim aanwezig, ook wasmachine en droger. Veel lichtinval en vrije ruime tuin. Daar wel, naast gewone tuinstoelen, 2 verstelbare.

Our cottage was wheelchair-accessible. That's true for a standard wheelchair, but even then it's tight maneuvering. The house is simply too small for an electric wheelchair and the necessary support. Furthermore, a covered area for dry parking a tricycle or mobility scooter would be a plus. Everything else was fine.
Ons huisje was een rolstoel toegankelijk huisje. Dat klopt voor een gewone rolstoel maar zelfs dan is het krap manoeuvreren. Voor een elektrische rolstoel en de daarbij behorende ondersteuning is het huis echt te klein. Verder zou een overkapping voor het droog parkeren voor een 3-wielfiets of scootmobiel een aanwinst zijn. De rest was prima.
