Luxurious 14-person Wellness Villa at Hof van Salland. Hof van Salland in Hellendoorn is situated in the unique Salland holiday area. The holiday park is nestled between the IJssel River and the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. From your luxurious and comfortable holiday villa on the park, you have ample opportunity to explore the surrounding towns and villages, impressive Hanseatic cities, and the beautiful nature of Salland and the adjacent Vecht Valley. For some exercise, you can play a game of tennis on the all-weather court or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful, heated outdoor pool. For children, there's a fun playground with various climbing frames, swings, and an air trampoline. Enjoy a delicious meal in the lovely restaurant on the holiday park itself. A sandwich and breakfast service are also available.

Ground floor:
Entrance and separate toilet. The spacious living room features a generous dining area and sitting area with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, and underfloor heating. French doors open onto the garden, which boasts a large terrace with teak garden furniture and a parasol. A luxurious open-plan kitchen includes a five-burner cooktop with a wok burner, dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator with a separate freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. There are also two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. At least one bedroom has a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a sink and a whirlpool tub or walk-in rain shower. There is also an external storage room.

First floor:
The upper floor has five bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, both with a shower or whirlpool tub, sink, and toilet. One of the bathrooms offers wellness facilities in the form of a traditional Finnish sauna and a sun shower.

There is parking for two cars at the holiday home.
