This charming eight-person holiday home with open views is located in picturesque Giethoorn, also known as the “Dutch Venice”. From your accommodation, you can sail straight into the attractive canals and enjoy the unique character of this water village, with characteristic bridges and thatched farmhouses. Giethoorn is located in the middle of the watery nature area of the Kop van Overijssel. From your cottage, you can effortlessly explore the beautiful National Park Weerribben-Wieden, on foot, by bicycle or, as is customary here, by whisper boat. For your convenience, you have your own jetty right outside the door. After a day on or alongside the water, you can drop in at the nearby restaurant for a cosy drink, a tasty dinner or a quick snack. In Giethoorn you will find complete relaxation, whether you are a nature lover, water lover or peace and quiet seeker. Here you will make memories you won't easily forget. The house can only be reached by boat.

This eight-bed flat features a living room, seating area and television. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, Nespresso machine, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. There are three bedrooms: two rooms with a double bed and one room with four single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is separate. A washing machine is available. Outside is a waterside terrace with garden furniture. The garden offers space for relaxation and games. There is a table tennis table, volleyball net and a football table. Wood is provided for the wood-burning stove. The accommodation includes two polyester boats, each with an electric motor. In addition, two Canadian canoes are available. The lakeside location allows for direct access to the water, while the spacious layout and additional facilities ensure comfort in any season. Parking is available in the owner's yard with up to 10 cars.
