Quiet 2-person apartment with a spacious garden in the heart of Giethoorn
The flat is located on the ground floor and at the back of a farmhouse. It is located in the centre of the village of Giethoorn on the village canal. Giethoorn is known for its canals where you can sail to your heart's content. There are also several restaurants and terraces. In addition, Giethoorn is located in the National Park Weerribben-Wieden. The area is known for its beautiful cycling and hiking opportunities through nature, but there is also plenty to see on water. Hire a boat or a canoe to go out and enjoy yourself.
The living room has a cosy seating and dining area with a television. The kitchen includes a 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet. Through the French doors in the living room you can enter the garden. Here is a furnished terrace. Parking (paid) is not possible directly at the holiday home but is about 100 metres away, this is at the Yellow P1. There is also another free car park nearby: the Yellow P2.

Sail through the water village, discover the cosy terraces and restaurants, and visit museums. Explore the surroundings by taking a nice walking or cycling tour through the beautiful park and discover the unique flora and fauna the park has to offer. Rather do something active? Then take to the heights at klimbos Paasloo. Fun for children! If you would like to visit a big city and go shopping, you can go to Steenwijk, Meppel or Zwolle.

The accommodation was very nice, well-maintained, and clean – everything you could need was there. The only slight drawback was the mattresses – they could use replacing. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend this accommodation!
Unterkunft war sehr schön und auch gepflegt und sauber- alles da was gebraucht wird. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen sind die Matratzen - die sollten mal getauscht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auch jedem empfehlen!

It's a shame the bedroom doesn't have a door to close off. The indoor and outdoor furniture is already a bit outdated. Otherwise, a lovely cottage!
Jammer dat de slaapkamer niet een deur heeft om af te sluiten. Meubilair binnen en buiten is al wat verouderd. Verder heerlijk huisje!
