Also known as the ‘Dutch Venice’, Giethoorn is located in the lake district of the Kop van Overijssel. From here, you can explore De Wieden nature reserve and De Weeribben national park. You can enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing and electric whisper boats. The canals of Giethoorn with their characteristic bridges and thatched farmhouses on either side will ensure that you never forget Giethoorn.
