This beautiful 36 person group accommodation is located at Vakantiepark Hunzepark.This holiday park is located in the town of Gasselternijveen. This family park is located on a large recreational lake, and has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. For a snack and drink you can go to the restaurant with a lovely terrace. During the school holidays there is an animation team that organizes the best activities. Holiday park Hunzepark is very suitable for young and old. In Drenthe, true nature lovers can indulge in the beautiful surroundings where you can take beautiful walks and bike rides.
The living room has a sitting area with fireplace and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer and an oven. There are a total of 12 bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, each with two single beds and a sofa bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet per room. Two bathrooms have been adapted for disabled visitors.
The terrace of the Meander is closed so you will experience a lot of privacy. Because of its location on the water, the closed terrace is also safe for the little ones. In addition, the (possible) limitations of elderly and disabled people have been taken into account very well in this type. There is parking for ten cars at the accommodation.

- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- The facilities are closed from the 1st of November untill the 1st of April.
- This holidaypark does not allow cars, but you can bring your luggage to your holidayhome.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open from early May to mid-September, this can be changed due to weather conditions. During the months when the pool is closed, from mid-September to the beginning of May, you can use the swimming paradise at Vakantiepark Hunzedal. This park is 15 minutes away by car.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Vakantiepark Hunzepark will be closed from Monday 6 January 2025 to Friday 17 January 2025.

The village of Gasselternijveen lies on the Drentse heuvelrug, also known as the Hondsrug. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, characteristic villages and, of course, the famous dolmens. A beautiful and varied environment to explore on foot or by bike. On the small rivers De Hunze and De Drentse Aa you can make nice canoe trips and the Zuidlaardermeer is ideal if you like swimming, fishing or sailing. For an educational day out, visit the Drents Museum in Assen, Herinneringscentrum Kamp Westerbork or Museumdorp Orvelte. Looking for more thrills? Go climbing and scrambling at Outdoor Klimpark Grolloo, walk metres above the ground at Boomkroonpad or visit Drouwenerzand amusement park.

A very suitable house for a large group. Ideally, all rooms have private bathrooms. However, the ambient lighting is rather poor. Beautiful surroundings for walking.
Zeer geschikt huis voor een grote groep. Ideaal met allemaal eigen sanitair. Wel weinig sfeerlicht. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen.

We had a family weekend with our children and grandchildren. The luxury of having plenty of private rooms with toilets and showers. There's nothing to do at the park in November, but we had a wonderful time in the spacious, child-friendly house and the surrounding area.
We hebben een familieweekend gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Luxe van voldoende eigen kamers met toilet en douche. Op het park is in november niets te doen maar we hebben ons prima vermaakt in de ruime kindvriendelijke woning en de omgeving.
