This beautiful group accommodation for 32 persons is situated between Durbuy and Manhay, in the village Epigny, in the most southern and largest province of our neighbouring country Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxemburg. La Roche, Manhay and Hotton are situated in a natural and quiet environment and guarantee a lovely and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings are perfect for walking, horse-riding or cycling. In the vicinity you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Ground floor:
Spacious living room with fireplace and two voids with four cosy sitting areas with television, video, DVD, audio, spacious dining room with a second television, video, DVD player and a high chair. Open fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, eight-burner cooker, refrigerator and filter coffee machine. Three separate toilets and two showers. Relaxation room with wood-burning stove, bar, pool table and piano. Sauna (six persons).

First floor:
A dormitory with seven single beds, two bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with a bunk bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two bedrooms with two bunk beds and two single beds. Two bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet. There are also two separate toilets.

Outside:
Large garden with playing lawn, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Table tennis and playground equipment. Large trampoline in the garden.
