The modern furnishings and spacious living room ensure a pleasant stay, while the green surroundings invite you to walk, cycle and sail on the Regge River. Just 400 meters from the house is a beautiful bicycle route along the river. It borders the municipality of Ambt Delden, where Twickel Castle with its orangery and gardens can be found. In Delden you can visit the Salt Museum and discover the atmospheric regional market every Saturday. In addition, Rijssen, Delden and historic Ootmarsum with their cozy terraces and artisan stores are within easy reach. In the house there are stuffed animals from the area, which adds to the natural atmosphere.

The living room features two sofas and a smart TV with DVD player. Adjacent is the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There are three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed and one with a single bed.
